We have a lot of possible solutions now. Some work, some not.

 

Here is mine:

 

Unistall Creative Cloud Desktop (only this one, not the apps). -> CC Desktop uninstalled with errors. -> Unistall again -> CC Desktop uninstalled successfully !?

 

(Can't remember that I ever uninstalled a program twice. And I'm working with Windows for over 20 years - strange!)

 

Restart, Download and install CC Desktop, no further updates. But: After a few seconds with the Window open: Error message appears "No internet connection" -> Retry -> OK -> "No Internet connection" etc.

 

It looks like even this version is not the big success for us.

Thank you for yourhelp.I finally figured outwherethe problemoriginates. And'Creative Cloud Desktopthatoccasionallyloses connectionwith the serveradobe. Whenthishappensif I openPSCCasks meto registeragain. As long asyou are connectedto thecloudthat does not happen. TodayI wasoffered an update, I've done, let's see ifin the futurethe problem is solved.

I reinstalled:

-Flash Player 12 Plugin

-Flash Player 12 Active X

-Adobe Air

-Shockwave Player 12

 

And I'm still experiencing the same problems???

Just to continue on your train of thought, it dose crash when it is "Building Workspace", so dose that have anything to do wiht it??

Khrauch1 I am sorry that you are continuing to experience difficulties verifying your membership.  I would recommend that you review the steps listed in Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-i ssues.html as it should allow you to resolve your current difficulties.

 

Also do you have a case number from your contact with our support team that I can reference?

Ich habe jetzt z.B Beispiel illustrator gedownloadet und finde unter meine apps das programm. aber egal wo ich hinklicke es öffnet nicht. lediglich "tutorials anschauen" ist blau hinterlegt und kann angeklickt werden.

 

Ich habe einen Mac falls das irgendwie von bedeutung ist.

 

 

Vielen dank für eine Antwort.

Well, this may help make your life a little easier instead of going through all that...  We received many requests for these standalone patches – folks wanting to download the individual CC updates without the AAM or Creative Cloud Desktop app... 

 

So we put together two complete sets of downloads with all the current updates for all CC tools (and will be keeping it up-to-date going forward).  Here they are and hope they help someone:

1. Rename the OOBE folder

Windows: C>Program files or Program files(x86)>Common files>Adobe>OOBE and rename the OOBE folder to like (OOBEold).

 

2. Run the Adobe  Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool ( http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html ) and choose the option 3( creative cloud and than choose creative cloud desktop/Applications manager )

 

3. Now try downloading the creative cloud from creative.adobe.com

So, I've added a new Admin account on one computer and completely replaced Windows on the other computer. Everything seems to be steady now.

AMreso does renaming the OOBE folder resolve the remote server not responding error?  I know it is useful for the Installation has failed error.

Creative Cloud log in trouble when downloading

Every time I attempt to download an app I am asked to log in, so I do, and then I'm told "You have been signed out, please try again." I just purchased the year membership and for some reason Creative cloud won't let me log in to download...

Hi Ponygirl,

 

Yeah, its probably a recent Photoshop CC update. I think this error can happen with a few different programs though.

But CC photoshop has been installed for 3 months.  I don't understand.

Does it mean the update did not install?
