I am working remotely and need to install the apps on my iMac at home.
i recently had to replace my hard drive on my mac, and i copied my applications across to my external drive. i currently subscribe to creative cloud, and with the new drive in and working, i have copied my applications back across. But... my PS and Br are not working. I can't even 'uninstall'. Your urgent assistance would be much appreciated as i waited for over 50mins on the phone to speak to someone and i just got some music to listen to.

Like many others...my credit card had to be updated after Target had a breach. Ironically, a few months after Adobe had a breach.
I went to update my card on adobe cloud and the program closed...locking me out. I called adobe, sat on hold for an hour...only to have the call disconnect. Bottom line:
1. I cant lanch creative cloud.
2. I just gave you another hour of my time.
3. You are controlling my work flow.
4. This is level of control is a questionable solution at best.
Is it possible to work with this product without it costing more time, money etc? Or is it better for all to regain control by option out of your cloud program so we dont have security breaches and loss of work flow as you can magically snap the program out of our hands at any time.
I prefer you email me regarding this matter. I dont intend to call and sit on hold again for another hour.

Copying the application is not the correct way to reinstall Adobe applications.
I would advise you to download and install the applications from creative cloud.

I've been using the trial version of indesign since a month. When it came down i decide to uninstall everything. After that, i finally bought the monthly version but i'm stuck with the download. By clicking on the download page it opens me the Creative Cloud. But inside this one there no "download function" available. List of app is empty. How do I do to use my purchase ?

I successfully downloaded the full suite of applications on two computers. I had to delete and reinstall on one of the computers and now it will only let me download the trial version. How do I regain access to the full suite of apps?

You need to enter the serial number to activate the product. The setup file is always the trial version.
When you enter your serial number then the product gets activated.
