Since I posted this initially I obtained a tool for managing partitions and tried to make an adjustment that way; however what I found was that the C: and D: drives were not actually partitions on the same drive but rather two separate physical drives.
Some time ago I did move all of the Adobe software to another drive (my S: drive) along with all of my other software related to photography or video. However, I still find that Adobe software is using considerable space on my C: drive ( a bit over 84 GB in fact). The remaining files are in C:ProgramData\Adobe. Would the dynamic link approach you suggest work to re-locate C:ProgramData\Adobe to a different drive?
