Ok. I moved this question to a forum that may be able to provide better help that we can on the InDesign product page.

Hi Barb - i managed to get in touch with support on the chat. Thanks for your efforts though :-)
Well, if they get it working, it would be awesome if you could come back here and let us know what was going on. It will help us help others with the same issue.

Then the computer must not have access to the necessary servers Maarten4132652. You can find a complete list of the necessary servers, and ports, that you need access to utilize a Creative Cloud membership at https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/attachments/Creative_Cloud_for_enterprise_Service _Endpoints.pdf.
If your network is managed by an I.T. department then please provide them with the details. If you manage the network yourself then you will want to review the settings for any software or hardware firewalls involved in the network.
Kristiank89091160 are you unable to install InDesign CC 2017 on Windows 10? What error messages are you receiving during the install process? You can find any relevant errors in the install log. For complete details please see Creative Cloud download and install errors Kristiank89091160.
Hey, Grant! Thanks for your answer. I do feel sorry about these issues you've been facing. And it's quite a shame because we know that CC could be so amazing if everything worked properly! I really hope Adobe engineers can work on these problems and give us all the features CC promises. We paying for that, anyways.
And never mind about not helping with my question. I really feel your pain. lol
Hey, Kanikas. Thank you for placing my post into the right place. Anyways, being part of Adobe Staff, wouldn`t you be able to help me out with the issue I've described, please? It's been quite stressful and I also need to accomplish some projects interrupted by these problems.
Thanks already!
When im trying to open one of the application it ask me to renew my subscription... while ive already been subscribed
check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://accounts.adobe.com/
if your account shows
a. your subscription is active,
1. sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id above to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
2. if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html
if your account shows
b. you have no subscription and you're paying for one
1. using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
How can I find out which server the Creative Cloud program has no access to?
Is it possible to run Creative Cloud with more verbose output?
Either im totally useless, or its my pc... I've tried what you said 5 times but its still not working... (Link to Log: File sharing and storage made simple). This is getting really annoying now and i have to idea why it won't work...

I think the reason why it won't work is bacause i can't delete Acrobat DC. There are files in there that i literally can't delete. I need SYSTEM permission (which i have tried in CMD) to delete it. And that might be why the cleaner failed. Is there anything that can possibly remove Acrobat DC?

Hi, i have Windows 10 Home and i have been trying to install the adobe products without any success. I have the creative cloud in my desktop and apparently it works well, but when i donwload for example InDesign it says i have to have the Adobe Application Manager. Do i need to have both? And then when i try to install the Application Manager it doesn't work and it says the installation has errors. I'm a little bit confused, what shoul i do?
the cc desktop app is the new aam, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and you should be using it to install your cc programs/trials.
yes i get that and i have the cc desktop so why does it keep asking for the aam?
yes but i can't fix it because i do the download and everytime i try to install the aam it says the installation can't be started and to get the adobe support advisor that doesn't even exist anymore
